How long does shipping take? When will I get my order?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. In many cases, items leave our warehouse the same day. Delivery usually takes between 4–7 business days. If a product requires a longer timeframe, we’ll note that on the product page so there are no surprises. While delays are rare, if one occurs, we’ll notify you right away.

Please check your package when it’s delivered. If you see any damage—even on the box—make a note of it with the delivery driver. If you can’t open the package right away but suspect damage, sign with the note “suspect damage.” If your item does arrive damaged, email photos to support@vibrancehaven.com and we’ll take care of a replacement or refund right away.
