What is your Return Policy?
At Vibrance Haven, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@vibrancehaven.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

Bring your design ideas to life with ease. The built-in Optimyst Pro system includes a discreet heater that adds comfort without distracting from the flame and smoke effect. Install it as a single-sided feature, or remove the backer panel to convert it into a see-through fireplace when paired with the rear glass pane (GBF1500-GLASS sold separately). For continuous operation without refilling, a hard-plumbed copper water kit (x-206213, sold separately) can be added.
The Optimyst flame effect relies on advanced ultrasonic technology to create a fine mist, producing an impressively realistic illusion of fire and smoke.
Fine-tune the look by adjusting flame width using the included spacers and cassette slots.
Built for dual-sided viewing, it comes with a removable high-gloss backer panel for quick conversion; simply add the optional rear glass pane to complete the configuration.
A fan-forced heater provides supplemental warmth for spaces up to 400 sq. ft., operating from one side even when the back panel is removed.

Dimplex Optimyst® Pro 1000 Built-In Electric Cassette
The Optimyst system uses ultrasonic technology to create a fine mist that convincingly replicates real flames and smoke.
Take advantage of the modular setup by linking multiple CDFI500-PRO or CDFI1000-PRO cassettes (each sold separately) to build long, dramatic linear displays that gas fireplaces can’t achieve.
Adjust the flame width to your liking using the included spacers and cassette slots.
For uninterrupted operation, you can add the optional plumbed water supply kit (CDFIPLUMB-KIT), compatible with copper piping. It keeps the system running continuously and removes the need for manual tank refills, while maintaining a clean, streamlined look.
Dimplex Pro Box Front Glass Pane
The viewing area is protected by a clear glass panel accented with black edging along both vertical sides for a smooth, integrated look.
A single wide pane stretches the full 3'4" width, giving the fireplace a clean, streamlined appearance.
When used with the GBF1000-PRO or the CDFI-BX1000 paired with the CDFI-TMHEAT, the heat-resistant glass ensures safe operation.
If the original glass is ever damaged, a replacement pane can be ordered easily.
